With more than 30 years of construction experience, Todd is uniquely qualified to help make your home as energy efficient as possible. Todd not only built his own home (using the same energy efficiency methods he might recommend for your home!) and a summer home for his extended family, but has also completed numerous additional renovation projects for customers. Todd was a building trades teacher at both the college and high school levels, teaching all aspects of construction, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical photovoltaics, weatherization, estimating, green building,  estimating and building maintenance. As an energy efficiency specialist, Todd is certified by the Building Performance Institute as a Building Analyst, Whole House Air Leakage and Building Envelope.
